Returns & Refunds Policy

All items are made to order and not eligible for return and/or refund unless there is a product defect. In that case, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and, if applicable, send a photograph of the defect. We will work with you to initiate a return and replacement.

Please note shipping costs for any returns are the customer’s responsibility. However, you will not be charged new shipping fees for any replacement.

Even though we cannot generally accept returns for other reasons besides defects, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to please you if you don’t like something about your product. If that’s the case, please reach out!
